Samsung unveiled its Galaxy S22 devices earlier this year, and they were really popular. The Galaxy S22+ is the middle child of the trio, and it uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. It has a 6.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display that runs at 120Hz. The display is compatible with HDR10+ and has a peak brightness of 1,750 nits. It’s a 1080p+ display that’s covered with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+. This phone has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. As for the battery, the Galaxy S22+ has a 4,500mAh battery that charges using 45 watts of power. As for the camera, it has a 50-megapixel main camera accompanied by a 10-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, in a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera. Up front, this is a 10-megapixel selfie camera. Other specs include an under-display fingerprint scanner, One UI 4 running over Android 12 out-of-the-box, and amazing stereo speakers. There’s, unfortunately, no micro SD card expansion or headphone jack. Android headlines did a review on this phone, and it received high marks.
