The thinking behind this app is to keep people on track with what their’s doing and to avoid unnecessary tasks. Starting your day can be a hassle if you have a million things that you need to do. That’s only made worse if you have ADHD. Getting all of your affairs in order and making sure that you get everything done are the main challenges that you have to face on the daily.
But, Brili is an app that can help you stay on track
Brili is designed to keep you focused on one task at a time and keep you from straying from that path. You’ll organize your tasks into routines to start off. Say, you’re getting ready in the morning- you have to shower, brush your teeth, do your hair, get dressed, and eat breakfast.
You can add those tasks to a routine in the app and set that routine to occur every morning. They will show you each task individually so you can focus on one thing at a time. When you’re done with that task, you just swipe it away and go on to the next task. You’ll do this until the routine is finished for the day.
The app gives you reminders
Brili will give you an audible tone when you reach a certain point in your task. When making a task, you can choose the duration of the task. So, you’ll get a tone when the time is halfway finished (1/3 and 2/3 of the way though if the task is longer than 15 minutes), 30 seconds before it’s finished, and right when it finishes. Also, you’ll hear the tone after the task is finished.
The app also rewards you for finishing tasks
One interesting mechanic of Brili is the reward system. Admittedly, this might appeal more to younger users, but adults can still find use for it. When you set up your tasks, you can assign a number of stars to them. Each time you successfully complete a task, you’ll be awarded that number of stars.
As you work on your tasks, you’ll accrue these stars and reach milestones. There are milestones for reaching 50, 100, 500, 1000, 5000, and 10000 stars. There are also milestones for how many full routines you complete and how many days you stay on track. This system is a good way for you to challenge yourself. When you get Brili, you can try the app free for 30 days, and it doesn’t auto-renew after it’s over. You try it out THEN put in your payment information. It costs $7.99/month. If you want to get it for six months, it’s $34.99, and it’s $49.99/year. If you feel that this app could help you stat on tack, then it definitely worth a try.
